Lifeline South East hosts Out of the Shadows free Community Breakfast to raise Suicide Awareness in our community every year. It is usually held on a Saturday, nearest to the World Suicide Prevention Day in September. After the breakfast, weather permitting some community members like to take a walk or simply find a spot to enjoy the morning.
